20180829-20180915- Tuesday to Saturday week.

Well, I have been very slack and have not written much (nothing) in the last two weeks.

Last week I But last visited with my friend Alison and Trevor and shared with them all my memories of the last week.

I know I went to Joes’s cafe at Henley Beach on 28th August, and had a lot of funny text messages from Cobar and Pauline and Susie.

Then I went to visit my Physio for my second visit at Reynella on Wednesday.

I did a lot of work transcribing JD’s substance/shadows of the kingdom age, which I so enjoyed.

Went to Flaxley on Sunday. I love this once a month meeting and at Chris and Mark’s place.

I photographed a goat, tethered by the side of the road.

Met up with Susie and two darling daughters and grandchild by accident for the 3rd time that week at the Mediterranean on Broadway,

Then this last week has passed by and today I woke up early on 15th September 2018.

I thought i was a Sunday, so I got up and dressed for the meeting and sat out the front of Halifax St for an hour before I realised that it was, in fact, only Saturday.

I messaged Kate and found she was up in Mt Barker with Selena and they were both busy renovating.

I drove up and sat in a chair on the verandah, while Selena drilled and Kate painted.

Selena’s mad dog, Madison, tied me up in his lead and generally harassed me as I sat there.

Then Deb and Mike Hawkins arrived and we all went to a new cafe in Mt Barker called The Palett which is simply a wonderful place.

Selena, Kate and I shared a meal together (literally). It comprised a warm salad with lots of spices and lightly fried eggs and was simply delicious.

Apparently Vit Jurevicius has some of his work on display upstairs in the gallery. I would have gone up to have a look but would have had difficulty with all the stairs.

It is a simply beautiful cafe, spacious ad lots of outdoors area too.

There is a large room that people can book if they have a crowd of people going to be there for lunch.

It doesn’t cost anything for the room, but the cost is covered by the food that everyone orders.

It is not in the main shopping area but in the suburb part of Mt Barker. It is simply delightful.

I will definitely be coming here when I visit Mt Barker.

So that was my last two weeks, what I can remember of them anyway.

I am sitting here by myself right now transcribing NCs study on demons. 3/4 way through.

It is now 3.15 pm so shortly I will drive back home.
